    Particularly good location, at a moderate distance from Sarawak State Assembly. And close to Kuching waterfront, the boulevard where one can find enough places to eat and shops for souvenirs. Fabulous & beautifully maintained unit with a fantastic view of the kuching waterfront.

    Excellent food at breakfast and very clean. My rooms had great views! The location is very central and easy to get a taxi.

    The instructions how to make international telephone calls were very confusing. I had to look at the telephone book for the correct way to phone Australia.The laundry service is very good but also very expensive!

    Great for groups seeking comfort

    The breakfast was adequate, with a good variety, even if it wasn't exactly gourmet. Plus, the view from our room overlooking the water was a nice bonus.

    Pricing was on the higher side, but given the overall experience, I would say it's still reasonable.

    Tidy room with good view of the river. Good breakfast buffet. Staff extremely helpful.

    Although our room was clean and a non smoking choice, the room smelt of smoke! Need a larger TV installed in rooms. Bathroom to small.

    the pillows smelled all funky, but the river view was amazing! got a huge room with comfy bed, and the staff were super friendly. breakfast was solid, lots to pick from.

    Amazing service, though a few employees were rather noisy. Brand-new room, bed was exceptionally comfortable plus there was a large bathroom. The breakfast was AMAZING and complete with fresh juices and local food, for instance.

    The location and view was great. The pool seemed a little old fashioned but pleasant to sit and take a dip.

    The upgrading of the rooms was done at unsociable times like 7am in the morning!!the drilling and banging was not nice.

    Fantastic location with amazing views

    I enjoyed my stay , as the location is perfect for exploring Kuching, with easy access to waterfront attractions. My room offered fine views of the river, and the breakfast selection was extensive and satisfying. The staff were friendly. One downside was the noise from traffic outside, which could be bothersome at times.

    Excellent customer service and friendliness from all staff - conceirge, reception, restaurant staff, executive lounge staff.

    Some supposedly non smoking rooms stinks of cigarettes. Please ensure non smoking rooms are just that.
